Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically and internationally from our facilities in Canada and the United States.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across Canada and the United States.

  • International Shipping: Available to most countries worldwide. Some restrictions may apply depending on your location or local import regulations.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a variety of trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable service and competitive rates. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the best available option at the time of shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, VdeV is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
VdeV is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.
