Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that are final sale, customized, or intimate/personal in nature (such as hair accessories, beauty products, or undergarments) are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

• VdeV is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
